and ensure best quality of services at any given point
of the tour.
- We ensure full backup on all tours.
- In area of remoteness we always send a standby
vehicle to continue the tour if any vehicle breaks down.
This backup is always sent at minimum cost in order not
to burden the clients
- Our escorts are people of intellectual bent and are
extremely knowledgeable, have local know how and are
people who are trained to handle critical situations
within our country.
- We provide a fully equipped medical kit on all our
tours. These Kits have detailed user manuals and are
good enough handle critical first-aid without any
medical assistance.
- Our Escorts for high altitudes treks are trained to
handle medical emergencies.
- Our escorts have in-depth knowledge of routes, Snow
techniques and ground handling for remote mountain
tours.
- On all High altitudes tours ( tours traveling above
8000 ft ) we carry enough supplements Oxygen for medical
emergencies
- We are well connected with influential people in
various states. So in case of any riots, protests etc we
are capable of ensuring that our clients get escorted by
Police till the time they are out of the zone of chaos.
- We are also well connected with various tour
operators in the country. Who deliver the same quality
of services on our behalf to our clients.
- On our treks and other camping tours we ensure the
best possible hygiene in serving and cooking food for
our clients.
- We provide boiled ( 20 Minutes Boiling ) and then
filtered water to our Clients
- We provide fresh fruits and vegetable on our Tours (
Treks Specially )
- Our Escorts carry cell phones where ever cell network
is available
- To ensure the best stay during Pushkar Fair we are
setting up our own Tented Colony in Pushkar for our
clients. Our Tents are large Swiss style tents with
attached toilets and running waters facilities.
- In Case of a rare Chance where our services lack (as
per the Clients) we have a policy of complimenting the
client by upgrading him in rest of his travel.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW
/ EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of cancellation of tour /
travel services - due to any avoidable / unavoidable
reason / s - we must be informed in writing. Cancellation
charges would be effective from the date we receive advice
in writing and cancellation charges would be as follow-
- Before 45 days - 10% of the total tour
/ service cost + actual charges
- From 45 days to 15 days - 15% of the total tour /
service cost + actual charges
- From 15 days to 07 days - 20% of the total tour /
service cost + actual charges
- From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) - 25% of the total
tour / service cost + actual charges
- From 48 hours to arrival - 50% of the total tour /
service cost + actual charges
- Less than 48 hours or NO SHOW - NO REFUND
In case of Special Train Journey and
peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy
is applicable (which would be advised as and when
required).
In case you cancel the trip after
commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited
amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would
be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we
patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered
transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any
responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused /
unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in
advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the
basis of cancellation policy as described above and the
money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has
made the payment to us. Please note that the refund
process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If
the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank
account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund
amount.
Our Liabilities &
Limitations:
Please note that after the finalization
of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in
entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or
guide charges - by Govt. of India, the same would be
charged as extra.

Cancellation 72 hours prior to check in
(hotel local time) is fully refundable. One night
retention charges may apply if canceled less than 72 hours
prior to arrival. There is a 3% processing fee for all
cancellations. No refunds will be allowed after check-in.
Some hotels have different cancellation policy.
A cancellation fee may be charged if you decide to
cancel.
